Roki Yama Shiba is located near Denver, Colorado. 

Roki Yama Shiba has been devoted to the Shiba since 1995. With a start in showing and breeding Akitas in 1984 through 1989. Building this kennel has been a lifetime of passion, labor, discipline, driving, showing, heartache, and love. More money and time has been spent than could ever be made doing this, but the cost is worth the quality of the genetics. It is worth having the healthiest, strongest, smartest, kindest Shibas. The main goal of all of this is to have genetics that follow the AKC Shiba Standard perfectly, as is most breeders. Roki Yama takes the genetics farther where not only the dogs in the kennel follow the standard, but the puppies produced are also within standard. Consistency is the difference between good and bad breeding of the Shiba. This is to make sure you get the family member you are looking for, and it be everything you wanted it to be. All while being free of genetic issues to live the long and happy life with you that they were meant to live.
